Position: Director of Sales

Description: a leader in the development and management of Entertainment venues is searching for a talented Director of Sales based in or near Orlando, Florida. The company has grown into a large, internationally recognized company with more than $2 billion in annual revenues. They are one of the most admired hospitality companies in the world.

They are looking for a sales professional who will help them enhance they exposure thus increasing their revenues.  

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide oversight and training to their sales and marketing staff
  • Meet sales and marketing objectives
  • Communicate effectively with corporate
  • Develop and maintain profitable and effective sales programs
  • Ensure the implementation of special events, promotional opportunities, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop budgets/projections for each market segment

They must have the following:

  • 7-10 years of experience preferably at an attractions property
  • 3-5 years of Senior Management experience
  • Knowledge of online distribution channels, GDS’s and Tour Companies
  • Be a true sales professional thus, results driven!
